Went to remove the temporary license from my rear window and two pieces of the scotch tape didn't come off. Can't seem to get off with my fingernails. Any helpful hints?

I have heard they use razor blades to remove inspection stickers. I would think it would also work for tape. Be careful around rear defroster wires.

Try a product called "Goo Gone" from your local hardware store. I've had good luck with it.

I normally use of the removed tape to remove the leftover glue, by gently pressing the sticky side of the tape against the surface several times and most time it works
