Does anyone know where I can get information on what alloy type wheel is compatible with my 1994 318i? Tire size 185/65 R15. Will those 16" used for newer 3 series be good? Thanks.
Have you tried browsing the Wheel Collision Center web site?? They have many new and reconditioned BMW alloy wheels in all the diameters (15-16-17-18-19) and application information. The link I gave you points to 3 series 92-99 applications. ( http://www.wheelcollision.com/bmw2.htm) Would think if you want larger wheels, you'll need tires with a lower profile too.You might try Tire Rack for those. I run 205-60x15 Toyo TPT or Dunlap M3 Winter sports on BMW 15x7.5 inch alloy wheels on my 318is. (262,000 miles since new) I have two sets of wheels.
