2016 BMW F23 M235i Estoril Blue 66k miles

Selling my excellent 2016 BMW M235i F23 Estoril Blue/Black with only 66k miles on it. The top works flawlessly and has been in heavy use all summer long. This car also doesn't have a front license plate bracket drilled into the bumper, for those of you in states where that matters!

I bought this car during the summer because I missed having an F23, having sold my M240i back in 2022. I picked it up in Texas and drove it to Illinois without a hitch and have had no problems since in 6,000+ miles. Car has been driven on multiple longer day trips without any issues.

Equipment and Upgrades:
I replaced the original Style 436M wheels with another set of Style 436M I found that were in even better shape (and drove to Nashville to pick them up, where I had Discount Tire inspect them, rebalance them and give their approval). The new Continental Control Contacts have less than 5000 miles on them. The original wheels still have "dealer generic" Celimo Salients mounted on them that also have low miles.

Stock instrument cluster was upgraded to the 6WA and the stock head unit to an NBT EVO with the larger Technology Package display, adding full-screen CarPlay to this car, with coding performed by CodeMyBimmer. I also replaced the stock iDrive controller with the Technology Package one. Will include all the original parts with the sale including the MMIPrime unit that was previously installed. The aftermarket backup camera does not work after the upgrade, since that was MMIPrime only; if you want a backup camera the aftermarket one would need to be replaced with a specific BMW part I can point you to.

This car has ComfortAccess for keyless entry and it has been coded to open or close the top if you hold your finger on the door handle OR hold down the button on the remote (only works close to the car). I have two keys. Heated front seats and steering wheel.

Reason for Selling:
The only reason I'm selling is I want to find the same spec I used to have (mineral white metallic over cognac) with a B58. This car has successfully reignited the F23 itch! If it doesn't sell I'll gladly keep it and enjoy it a little longer before selling in the spring, but it will be stored in the garage for the entire winter as soon as the first salt hits the road.

Flaws: some minor cosmetic scuffs on the lower left bumper in front of the wheel; some small chips on the hood and front end. Some curb rash on both sets of wheels. Passenger side front wheel liner needs replaced (it's crooked). iDrive controller input sometimes stutters before recovering, but the touchscreen always responds to touch immediately.

Opening below KBB ($18,470 to $20,520) for a smooth, fair sale before winter comes. Negotiable.

Car is located in east-central Illinois, where pickup options include Willard (CMI); Chicago airports (ORD, MDW), Indianapolis (IND), Bloomington-Normal Central Illinois Regional (BMI), or as agreed. Additional parts (set of wheels and mounted tires, original radio and display, original instrument cluster, original iDrive controller) can ship at buyer's cost if not picked up.

Wind deflector is NOT included but can be negotiated if desired.
