Description
I'm selling my first child. I purchased it in my late 20s, had lots of fun with it, but now in my early 40s and a few real kids later, I need to let it go. It is track-oriented but is comfortable as a daily driver as well.
Modifications include the following:
- Öhlins Road & Track coilovers with custom Swift springs
- Vorshlag camber plates
- M3 rear subframe bushings and M3 front sway bar
- M3 front control arms
- Quaife Limited-Slip Differential (LSD) with a 3.08 final drive
- Modified clutch delay valve
- A/C delete
- StopTech Big Brake Kit
- Catless downpipe
- Cobb Accessport
In addition, I'm including the following:
- APEX EC-7 wheels (18x8.5 square setup) w/ Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires (245/35/18). These tires are old and need to be replaced. Note the current wheels are stock with Michelin Pilot Alpin PA4 tires, but these also need to be replaced soon.
- Extra set of Öhlins Road & Track coilovers. The fronts need to be rebuilt but the rears are brand new. I had purchased a spare set so I could swap them out easily.
Known issues:
- There is a slight oil leak "most likely due to a faulty seal in the rear charge pipe" quoting my mechanic. No oil is burning or needs to be topped off or anything. The turbos were replaced at 67k miles.
- The passenger seat sensor is a little flaky.
It's a great car. The oil has been changed every 6 months despite not driving it a ton the last 10 years. When I did drive it, I made sure to heat the oil up ;) The car is located in Ann Arbor, MI.
