BMW 330Ci Convertible - ZHP

2004 BMW 330Ci convertible finished in Black Sapphire Metallic over black Montana leather. It is equipped with the ZHP Performance Package, which added revised aerodynamic bodywork, Shadowline trim, a sport suspension, white turn-signal lights, and a revised final drive ratio and engine tuning. The car has 60,032 miles and has been registered in Michigan since new. Power is supplied by an M54 3.0-liter inline-six paired with a six-speed manual transmission, and additional features include a black convertible top, adaptive xenon headlights, 18" M Double Spoke wheels, heated power-adjustable front sport seats, and a Harman Kardon sound system. This ZHP convertible is now offered with the owner's manual, a wind deflector, and a clean Michigan title. The car features a power-retractable black soft top as well as an aerodynamic package that includes revised bumper covers and side skirts. Additional features include adaptive xenon headlights, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and dual exhaust outlets. The car was professionally buffed in April, 2025 at 59,962 miles. Three of the Silver 18" M Double Spoke wheels were straightened and all were mounted with new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires at 59,865 miles. The ZHP Performance Package added a stiffer sport suspension, revised control arms, and larger anti-roll bars when compared to the standard E46. The car is also equipped with Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). The cabin features heated power-adjustable front sport seats trimmed in black Montana leather. Black cube trim accents the dash, center console, and door panels. The silver underside of the driver side arm rest does not match the black underside of the passenger side arm rest. Amenities include automatic climate control, cruise control, a BMW Business CD stereo, a 6 CD changer in the trunk, and a Harman Kardon sound system. The air conditioning system was serviced in August. The multifunction M sport steering wheel frames a 155-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature, instant fuel economy, and fuel level. The 3.0-liter M54 inline-six features upgraded engine management software along with revised camshafts for a factory rating of 235 horsepower and 222 lb-ft of torque in ZHP specification. Only modifications are a Dinan CAI and a Megan Racing strut bar. The passenger side fog light is cracked and driver side fog light has been removed. The power folding top works flawlessly. The driver's power window does not always rise with the others when the "all rise" button is applied but can be raised separately with no problem. I have been the owner since 2017 at 43,017 miles and have stored it every winter. Based upon the mileage and CARFAX records it appears prior owners did the same, but I cannot attest to that. There are no warning lights, and the car runs and handles like a ZHP should! I have complete service records under my ownership and can supply along with the CARFAX.
