Enthusiast-owned, fully-optioned M Sports Package, M Aerodynamics Package, Cold Weather package, Shadowline trim, etc. The good: professionally replaced M54 motor, new thermostat, water pump, expansion tank, tires, brakes, etc. The bad: some nagging parasitic drain which led me to disconnect the radio and the passenger mirror. Is this car for everyone? No. Is it for a true BMW enthusiast who wants a rare, excellent-handling E83 that just needs some love? For sure. I have too many cars, and now too few drivers at home or I’d just fix the niggles and drive for another 200K. Receipts for everything. $4500 obo.
