Description
Selling my 2016 M5 Competition. Silverstone Metallic on Black Full Merino leather. Prod date of 4/28/2016. Bought in November 2019 with 41,180 miles. It now has 98k and is daily driven so the miles will increase. Super clean and LOTS of maintenance since I've owned it. Comp package with 20" 601 style wheels, Driver Assistance Package, Executive Package including comfort access and both keys, soft close doors, heated steering wheel, heated/cooled seats, adaptive full LED lights, HUD, OEM (original and rubber set) floor mats, Enhanced USB & Bluetooth, Anthracite Wood Trim, Moonroof, B&O Sound System, smartphone integration. Kidney grills, side M5 vents and door handle inserts have been professionally wrapped in satin black. This car is bone stock and untouched by any aftermarket parts or tuning. Currently ceramic coated with Ceramic Pro and has been kept up since owning the car. I have a detailed list of maintenance for the car including dates. Here's the bigger items.
Front and rear pads, rotors and sensors
Windshield replaced thanks to a crack from a rock
Front tie rods w/alignment
New Michelin PS4S just installed on all 4 wheels
Battery
Plugs and coils
Regular oil changes at 5k with filter, cabin filters and engine air filters
Front lower control arms w/alignment
PCVs on both sides
Differential fluid change
DCT fluid and filter change
Radiator flush
Brake fluid flush
Differential rear mount replaced
LOTS of tire replacements with alignments each time (Always PS4S)
Current tires are plus sized to 275/35-20 and 305/30-20 with zero issues or rubbing
Never smoked in
Drivers seat is the only seat that shows any kind of wear
Some minor chips/dents on the front bumper/hood commensurate with age and mileage
Rear trunk lid was repainted because I'm a dumb *** and didn't pull the car in enough the first time I parked in our new house garage. Got a nice scratch on the center of the trunk lid from the garage door handle. That will show up on the CarFax as it was professionally repaired.
No, the bearings and injectors have not been replaced. The injector issue was not present in the 2016s which is inline with the extended warranty BMW issued on injectors on these cars. The 2016s are excluded apparently because they changed them. With the frequent oil changes and always letting the car warm up properly and no tuning, the bearings are a very minimal risk. Everything on this car works as it did off the show room floor, minus the telematics of course which was decommissioned with 3G.
