1 family-owned convertible

89/90 E30 5-spd convertible--truly old school--fun and zippy. My parents' car until 2017. Husband wants his garage space back, and I don't have the inclination to keep this one up. Located in Houston, TX. New convertible top approx. 12 years ago; I have some repair records, but Dad was meticulous about upkeep. VA/NM car, no rust; all hoses and gaskets replaced July 2019, in addition to other minor repairs since I've had it (2017). Interior is in great shape no cracks or tears; have sheepskin seat covers (not on) and dashboard cover, as well as car cover. Have original purchase documents. Heater has been disconnected about 3 years ago due to a leak, and driver door lock (the deadbolt lock) is hard to unlock, so needs work. I am not aware of any other mechanical issues. Has been garaged and lightly driven since arriving in Texas. Contact for other pics or information. I'm on a tight schedule--if I don't get any serious takers, I'll send it to a charitable auction.
