2012 E92 328i M-Sport 6MT

"Lady" has been an awesome member of the family since 2018 in our current three car BMW herd (135is E88 6MT vert & X3 F25 35i, sold the Z4 sDrive 35i already...all M-Sports) but our vehicle needs have changed and my wife and I are on a path to downsize from 7 cars and 2 homes to 3 cars and 1 home. Prior CA car, 2nd owner. Garage-kept in winter, non-smoker, non-track driven but thoroughly enjoyed vehicle (we don't buy BMWs to drive them like appliance cars!). Maintained using Mike Miller guidance (swapped out tranny and diff fluids at delivery, annual low mileage oil changes, replaced spark plugs recently, battery along the way, rear tires a few months old. Will provide my full maintenance log. Clay bar'd and waxed last season, fanatical on brake dust removal. Frequent leather treatments. Body and interior are in excellent overall shape. Happy to FaceTime and point out any and all known age-related "dings" and to discuss near term maintenance needs. Can provide PDF of current CarFax report.
