In Need of Assistance for a 1987 325 i Convertible Rebuild

Hi All
I am attempting a restoration of a 1987 325i Convertible. I am looking for someone with knowledge of this E30 to assist me in getting it up and running. I and the car are located about 20 minutes North of Milwaukee Wi , off of 43 and the car is currently in my garage.. The ideal candidate should have a reasonably good working knowledge of the car, and has no problem working on weekends and the occasional evening to get this car up and running
The successful candidate will have references from previous projects completed. They will be checked. I offer a good rate of pay by the hour and we can talk about bonuses for meeting completion points on or before schedule. Must be reliable and show up when scheduled. As I have never done any BMW work I will be relying on your observations and judgement as the work progresses. I have a fairly comprehensive tool collection to draw on.
This is not a concours resto project. but rather one to bring what seems to be a solid car back to life for driving and club events.,
