Membership Reward Rebate Program

You may be eligible to receive a reward based on the purchase / lease of a new or Certified Pre-Owned BMW via an authorized US BMW center.

Instructions for submitting a Rebate Application:

• Read all of the terms and conditions on the application to make sure you qualify. Have you been a continuous member of the club for at least one full year (365 days) at time of delivery? If you’re not sure, check your “Member Since” date on your current membership card or email us at rewards@bmwcca.org
• Complete the application in its entirety. Cut at the dotted line and save the terms and conditions for your records.
• Make a complete copy of your sales contract, lease agreement, title or European Delivery Acceptance Receipt. The copy must be complete and must include your signature. Failure to send in a complete sales document or lease agreement will delay the process. If the odometer reading is listed on this document, that and the completed application are all you need to send. If it is not listed, we will also need a copy of an odometer statement, title application or another document that shows the official odometer reading a time of sale. If you are unsure of the correct documents to submit, please refer to the list of correct documents or email us at rewards@bmwcca.org. Please do not staple or clip the documents prior to mailing.
• Mail the complete application and back-up documentation to the address on the bottom left of the application within 60 days of the date of delivery (for European Delivery, it is 60 days from the date of Munich delivery) EMAILS AND FAXES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Please note: this offer cannot be combined with the BMW Domestic Military Program (USAA) being offered by BMW now through 1/2/2013.

The X1 is not currently included in the 2012 rebate program.  We do not expect that to change for the first year but please check back after taking delivery to confirm.
