The passenger leather seat in my 01 z3 have had a white substance on them from the previous owner upon inspection it looks like the warning label on the seatbelt rubbed off on it. We have tried leather conditioner to get it off but have had no luck and i was wondering if anyone know how to deal with this problem?

We have an 01 Z3 as well ,but not had the label or white stain etc. If you have used conditioner, you might wish to try a leather cleaner. McGuires makes one. and personally have always used Connolly, [the Brit made historical can of tallowy material] but this is a rich food, not cleaner. Perhaps good old saddle soap will do the trick. You can get it a good shoe shop etc., lather soap up wi th water, and go at it pretty hard. You can't hurt the leather with saddle soap, thats whats it made for -- but finish of course with a good food conditioner after the soap treatment. Sorry, but no other suggestions from this end..but good luck with the stain. Bests..
