how about a 5.2?! in SE illinois... the waves came to Indy with some force! I was awake reading my latest European Car at 5:30 am, and it scared the crap out of me. (earthquake) House really shook and swayed a few inches at least. I was seriously wondering how much the house could withstand. a crazy frickin' morning here in Indy

You are right. We have had 2 quakes in IL since 1987. We felt the quake in Springfield, IL. In fact we just had an aftershock at round 11:00 a.m. Kind of scarry! Everything is A-OK here, however just south of Springfield, there are mass power outages.
