Hi Everyone, I have a 2007 328i coupe. Wipers work but when I attempt to engage wipers/fluid wash...I don't get fluid and the wipers don't turn on. Wipers do work when I engage them when its raining (using stalk) or use rain sensor. Any thoughts on what I can do myself to repair? Could it be a fuse? Could it be the pump? I have read lots of comments online about screen blockage etc....not sure what to do first....could be something simple or ?
Most likely not a pump if the wipers don't turn on when you activate them with the wiper stalk. You most likely have a issue with the stalk itself not sending the signal. This one will be hard to diagnosis with out dig equipment.
you think its best just to take to the dealer vs...trying to buy a pump on line and just switching it out....I have been reading online on other sites that once pump was replaced everything worked fine....I think I will give that a try and then update on my results.
