   left rear power window will not go up....I hear the motor running when I press the switch. What can be the problem?

   Linkage is probably broken or disconnected. It would help if you:
   
   1) Mention the year and model of your car and
   
   2) Post to the appropriate subforum for that car or to the DIY forum instead of asking in the New Member Forum.
