I'm trying to locate the Membership Rewards request form and can't seem to find it on the CCA site or the BMW NA site. Can anyone direct me to the correct source? Thanks.
Click on "join the experience" on the menu bar. Choose "membership benefits" and then "membership reward program." The application is a downloadable PDF on the bottom of that page. You can also email rewards@bmwcca.org and request a copy. Finally, it is printed most months in your Roundel magazine. Thanks! Tricia
