Hello everyone, I am new to the forum. I have Z4 and have had several bad experiences with the service dept at the dealer in Henderson, NV. Does anyone have a trustworthy mechanic in the LV area that they could refer me to?
I do not have any recommendations and my car has been serviced there twice and no service issues but their communication system whether by phone queue, leaving messages or calling back is in need of serious improvement. It is a 90 minute drive for me one direction so they seem to get things done quickly and correctly... so far.
