I'm hoping someone can help me find out how I can get this situation resolved. Almost six months ago, my "run flat" tire disintegrated on interstate 84 in New York. I called BMW Roadside who arranged for the vehicle to be towed to Prestige BMW. The guys at Prestige where great to deal with and they got me back on my way within a couple hours.

After I returned home (to North Carolina) I mailed the original towing receipt along with a letter that contained the information required for reimbursement. After a month or so had passed, I inquired about the reimbursement and was told they never received the information. Luckily, I had scanned the receipt and I was able to fax it over to the representative I spoke to. Another month passed and still no reimbursement check so I called again. This time the agent told me that the person I faxed the information to was a part-time worker and requested that I fax the information over again -which I did. Some more time had passed and someone left me a voicemail stating that their company isn't the one to handle my reimbursement and that I need to contact someone else. Here's the problem... I called them back and they can't tell me who to contact!

Please, someone tell me how I can resolve this situation and obtain my reimbursement.

This is not a BMW CCA Membership Rewards issue.

Contact the dealer the car was towed to, or BMW customer relations at the number listed in your owner's packet.
