Respectively: yes, it does, and no, sorry. The rules are set by BMW NA and are not flexible. If the initial application is not postmarked within 60 days of delivery, it will be rejected. Sorry. On the bright side, if this is Bimmer #9 odds are you'll go for #10 someday, so don't let your membership lapse!
He is absolutely correct. The terms and conditions of this program are set by BMW NA and no exceptions are made. Any rebate postmarked more than 60 days after the delivery date will be denied. Tricia Jones BMW CCA
