does any1 have any info on this for '08? last year it was held here locally in april and i had received an invite in march. this year i have seen nothing on the website nor have i received an invite or know of any1 with any info. i love these events...i'm hoping they're just running later than last year. *crossing fingers* any glimmer of hope any1 can give me will be greatly apprciated. lie to me if u have to.
I asked my salesperson at Houston North about this and she told me that the local Houston dealerships showed so little interest in it that they will probably pass on Houston this year. She was really disgusted by it because she had so many customers that took part in it. She did say there was a chance they may be able to get Houston back in the rotation but it may be a last minute thing. I told her to keep me in the loop and if I here anything at all, I'll let you know.
u're kidding me???!!!! majority of the time it's waitlisted and if u don't sign up early ur only hope is to just drool from the sidelines and watch others as they test (flog) the cars to their hearts content. i can't believe they think we showed little interest as a city!!!! thanks for the info, dan. hopefully they'll reconsider. *sniffle*
The dealership closest to me in Poughkeepsie NY will have it in early October. Since they always fall on a weekday, I will be taking a personal day
Hmm... is this invite only? Do they bother was out-of-staters? I'm reading about it on their site and they say it's an X5 and that the event is 'compliments of BMW', meaning free?
