    anyone know of a really good brand for a E30 mine are going i can hear it over bumps and am looking to get them replaced in about a week gonna try and make an appointment with Mr. Dan martin love his auto shop.

    Personally I think that Konis absorb bumps on the road better than the Bilsteins, and if you get the adjustable ones that's another plus.

    Konis are cheaper than the Bilstein Sports, but Bilstein Touring dampers are competitively priced and a little less jarring than adjustable Konis which tend to have stiffer valving at all adjustment levels because they are primarily designed for racers.

    Depends on what is bad. I like the Meyle rear upper shock mounts (very very common failure point.) I like Bilsteins for struts/shocks. Meyle for control arms in the front (another common failure point.) Let him tell you what is bad first.
