The response we got back is that they are on the list to be delivered but your address has a wide range of suite numbers. Ste 120-250. You need to provide a better physical address.
It's a UPS retail store that shares that address with several other businesses at that address. I use it because I am not able to receive PARCELS at my apartment address. The UPS retail store is Suite 120 at the 7750 address. My MAILBOX is #250. I have a few problems with your response " You need to provide a better physical address" a) I've had that address there since November 2012. I didn't start having problems receiving Roundel magazines there until this past January. I'd like to know WHAT CHANGED between November 2012 and January 2014? I should also point out I am getting OTHER mail from BMW CCA including ballots, mail from my chapter, membership cards, etc. without a single issue. I have NOT changed this address since November 2012. Again, what has CHANGED on YOUR end because NOTHING has changed on MINE. b) I can't imagine BMW CCA paying for my change of address, and it's not reasonable to ask me to uproot myself and move to a new address just because BMW CCA all of a sudden can't get my PAID benefit to me after more than a year of receiving it with no problem at the same address. I can't imagine BMW CCA paying for that either. c) I'm not asking for anything more than you are providing to your other 70,000 members. I'm not asking for the MOON here, and nobody seems to be able to tell me how in the world BMW CCA is able to send Roundels to me for 14 straight months with no problem, and now effective January, all of a sudden, I have a BAD physical address? That makes positively no sense. d) I'm doing my part here. I pay my membership on time, and it has never lapsed in the EIGHT years I have been a member. I report the problem when I experience it. I am told for my trouble, "well we can't keep resending you magazines." Your perspective on the problem is different from mine, because you claim you are having to RESEND me my magazine, but I can tell you, I do not possess any DUPLICATE issues of Roundel and my collection dates back to 2006. I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking to receive the member benefit I am paying for with the same reliability my 70,000 fellow members get, and I can tell you I am not getting it. I can't imagine why BMW CCA seems to think I am asking for something above and beyond what I am paying for, or asking to pay more to make sure this gets delivered than for anyone else, or why they seem to think resolving the problem will somehow put BMW CCA into the poorhouse. Again, I'd like for someone to explain to me what has changed on BMW CCA's end since January 2014, because nothing has changed on mine since November 2012, and certainly my address hasn't changed.
I will update your address to make it more clear for the post office. Your address was a range of suites. I will change it to 7750 xx Blvd Ste 120 Box 250
I'll send the publisher an email Monday to see if the address can be updated for August. I'll put July in the mail on Monday.
Those are the two issues I sent you directly from the office. I wasn't able to update the address for August with the publisher. The true test is whether your receive Sept directly from the printer.
