Steering wheel vibration

I had my control arm and trailing arm bushings replaced on my 1999 E36 323is w/ uprated M3 versions in March (5k miles ago). The car was aligned as well.

I just installed brand new tires on stock 16" rims. After that, I noticed vibration through the steering wheel between 50-70 mph. I figured that the tire shop may have done a sloppy job w/ balancing, so I asked them to rebalance them. It felt pretty good after that. I've put 500 miles on since then and I'm starting to feel slight vibration around 70 mph.

Also, I'm hearing a decent amount of tire humming noise from these new tires - these are my 2nd set of the same brand/model. Perhaps I'm used to how my old tires sounded, but those were very worn and I'd imagine the old tires would have been more noisy.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Pat
