Please help, my SES light is on and the code its giving me is
P0412 = The PCM has determined that a malfunction exists in the electrical circuit for switching valve A of the secondary air injection system.

Any ideas on what is causing this.

Yep, check your one way valve. From your 2ndary air pump (right front in front of tire), follow the hose to the silver valve (under your air cleaner assembly).. check hoses on there, making sure one hasn't cracked or come off. From there, there will be a hose or 2 that go under your cosmetic cover.. check to see that the hose hasn't come off of the black cylindrical container or one way valve (black and white small plastic valve) located ont eh top of the engine (loose).

Just check the hoses, it's usually the culprit. If hoses are good, buy a new one way valve and swap it out... it's cheap.
