Hi All, I'm new to the forums and look forward to belonging to the BMW CCA. I recently (5/9/08) purchased a 335I and after driving this week I've noticed a residue (like condensation but not with water) is building up on the hood and near the fairing/hood seams. It easily wipes off but I wanted to know if anyone else has seen this during the break-in period (250mi on the ODO), if this is to be expected and if this will last the life of the car? Thanks!
It is body/seam wax sealer. It comes off with some liquid wax. Mine has been dripping for a year, but not that much anymore.
