rear turn signal issues 2008 Z4 si

    light is on on display , found drivers side rear turn signal not working, changed bulb Sylvania 7507 -PY21W, does not work , took it in and out with multiple bulbs does not work, took bulb (working) from other side and put it in still nothing. Any ideas?

    Check bulb holder and mounting area for burnt contacts. Also checked the wiring connector they can burn as well.

    I'm not sure if the new models have the same issue, but check the wiring loom feeding from the body to the trunk. I know on my model it's a common issue that over time, the constant opening and closing of the trunk causes the wires to snap. I had to solder about half of the wires feeding the back end lights (backup, tail light, license plate, etc.).
