6 month member / first time poster. Been planning for years for my first BMW and ready to order an X5M by end of next week. Maryland based but willing to order from anywhere for PCD. Just looking for any advice or referrals to any straight shooter salesman / dealers that you all have had personal experience with. Would appreciate any direct contact info via DM. Afraid I don't have any salesperson recommendations offhand, you could try searching out google reviews starting locally, I think there's something to be said for personal interaction to help at least try to ensure you get exactly what you want when ordering - if you have it all planned through BMW's website & are good-to-go, maybe some broader-scale google searches for good BMW dealers across the country? In any case, enjoy it when you get it!

I test drove the '24X5M60 for a weekend and was extremely disppointed in the transmission in Sport Individual. Driving through my neighborhodd at 30 mph I was experiencing an RPM of 5k before it would shift and no where near as smootjly as my '22 M550. I'm told that is how it is designed and desired. I so wanted to like it as I am at lease end of my M550. (post to follow).
