Yes, this is coming from a newbie, so go easy on me please. Just bought a beautiful black 2007 525i/auto, with parts of door panels and seats are a pigskin/basketball style cover. I like the looks of it, but the estate of P O could not give me reason for it. Please don't tell me it's a retro Bill Blass creation............. if so, I'll cover the roof in it and put some gold insignias on the pillars.
THX Just didn't look like the standard texture or color of a leather seat. Maybe "Corinthian Leather" like Ricardo Montalban promoted in the foolish Cordova car ads of 80s (haha).
