My 2013 X5 was unfortunately left in the rain with the passenger side window open. Everything near the window got wet. Besides a wrinkled armrest on the door, the only other problem is the airbag warning light, I think the sensors in the seat got wet and now the passenger airbag is showing as malfunctioning. I know I need to get it to the dealer or equivalent, but in the meantime is there a way to deactivate it so the warning light is not constantly on? Thanks in advance!
