Hi all - a friend mentioned he recalled reading a nice Roundel article about the 1600GT (aka Glas 1700GT), designed by Pietra Frua in the mid-60's. Unfortunately he couldn't pin down the year or issue number though. Would anyone here be able to help with this? And along these lines, is there a centralized search engine for old Roundel material, or is (hopefully?!) on the to-do list? Thanks, Paul
Thanks, Satch - will do. Though it wasn't clear whether this article was prior to 2002, which is the earliest the online issues go to. Maybe my friend needs a few beers to jog his memory...
During my online search I was also reminded that there are back issues of a variety of magazines (not just Roundel) available for quite reasonable prices on the BMWCCA Foundation website. Great resource!
