I just bought a 2010 535ix in January. I have about 3000 miles now. Will the car tell me when I need service. When should I change the oil etc. Thanks in advance. Best regards S. Grant
Are you going to keep this car a long time (over a 100K)? If so I would change the engine, trans, and diff oil now. If you don't plan to keep it beyond 100k just do the engine oil. If you decide to do this you will have to pay out of pocket and the service adviser will look at you like you have three heads and snakes for hair. So take it to an independent. Like you name by the way.
