Hello everyone. I'm fairly new to the CCA and was hoping to get some advice on z3s. I have been looking very hard for the past couple months for a 3.0 L or the s52 m roadster. It has been hard to find one that is in good condition for a fair price with the manual transmission. I am finding that there are a lot of 2.8L that are for sale, but I would like a bit more power. Its been really frustrating since I really want this car but I haven't had much luck. Is there that much of a difference in the 3.0L vs. the 2.8L?
Not as much as you might think since the S52 is a USA emission friendly version of a M engine. The M would be a more desired car for resale for sure but I know they are hard to come by. You could get the 2.8L and mod it and make more power then the s52.
