    Go to http://www.nccbmwcca.org
You must create a username and password there. It is separate for the CCA site.
Then click on the MD License Plates.

Hi Steven. Thank you for your help. I registered on the CCA site and filled out the form for MD license plates. Would you happen to know how much its costs and when I might expect the tag? Thanks.

I don't know. You should probably post in http://forum.nccbmwcca.org/showthread.php?7345.
I believe the volunteer who handles the program for the chapter is on vacation and will take care of fulfilling applications when he gets back. You will receive a form in the mail and can either mail the form to DMV or go directly to Glen Burnie and pick up the tags yourself.

New York and Maryland have BMW CCA organizational tags.
I believe Pennsylvania either does or will.
Don't know if anyone else does.
