Hi guys! Can anybody suggest a site that may provide a complete build sheet from the VIN. I tried www.bmwarchiv.org/vin/bmw-vin-decoder.html but it comes as an empty screen. Perhaps someone here has a bulletproof site that actually works. Many thanks.
Try this: http://bimmer.work/ The url you linked is missing the 'e' at the end of 'archive', which might be the issue, unless a typo from manually typing the url instead of copying & pasting. http://www.bmwarchive.org/vin/bmw-vin-decoder.html now resolves to the above URL link Have had no problems with either of the above links or the old & new vin search pages of either URL via my laptop/Mozilla Firefox/win XP - hopefully you'll find the above works!
