I am a brand new member and just returned from Munich where I took delivery of a 2013 F10 M5...Is the 365 day rule an absolute for the rebate or are there any loopholes that might help me still get it? Much appreciated for any helpful responses!
Welcome! I got back about 2 weeks ago myself! Still wish I was there. The rules are very specific regarding being a member for prior year, so no loopholes. People have missed by like 1 day, and not received the rebate. It's not BMW CCA's decision, but BMW NA as they foot the bill.
