I can't wait...even at 5500 rpm the sound is just amazing. And blipping the trottle on the downshift...otherwordly. Have never been so smitten with a car. My local dealer wants me to wait until November 3 for service. I will for sure be over the mileage by then and based on the posts I've read I'm pretty concerned about this. I'm going to send the General Manager of the dealership a note and see if he can pull any strings to get it in earlier.

There should be a sticker on the driver's side front window that says to keep it under 5500 rpm and 170 k/mh (106 mph?) until 1200 miles and then not to sustain speeds over 132 mph for the next 1000 km I think. Shouldn't be a problem. Have a look at the manual. I rarely have found a CA that knows the cars as well as the people on this forum. When in doubt trust what you see in writing in the manual. As others have said, the most important thing is to vary the rpm and avoid sitting at the same rpm for hours on end. Attached is an article that appeared in our local club magazine. Its pretty good.
