    Hey guys,

Name is Tom. I work at a shop in Raleigh, NC called European Performance. We have an M1 that came in with some issues at idle. Well long story short the oil level was very low and we need to do an oil change on the car. I have been looking and cannot for the life of me find how many liters of oil to put in the engine. If anybody has the answer or a link to a website that could give me the answer that would be much appreciated.

    Thanks guys!!

Certainly Gordon can answer that question!

    M1 Register

The M1 Register is not only a registry of M1 owners but also a valuable resource to M1 owners or those looking to purchase an M1. The Register is administered by Gordon Medenica which, for him, is a labour of love.

His news releases are full of informative tid bits such as industry news, technical advice and detailed repair instructions.

Anyone who owns an M1 or anyone is thinking about buying one, is strongly encouraged to join the M1 Register. There are no costs involved to join.

    To join, please contact:

I'm thinking it's 12, but Gordon is certainly the guy to ask. I'm just the guy who ran into Plymouth to buy the replacement dozen quarts after Gordon's car dumped it out on the back straight at Road America ... :D
