This afternoon I ordered a Video Interface, Backup Camera Interface for my 2009 Z4 from NavTool.com. I received an email that my order had been accepted and was being processed. Two hours later I received an email saying that my purchase had been "Declined". When I contacted NavTool, they indicated my credit card had been declined. However, when I logged into my credit card account, it showed that the purchase had gone through, then was refunded. They said this occurred because I had entered something incorrectly, and I should go ahead and reorder the item. However, when I went back to reorder the very same item, the price had increased from $219 to $329. I asked if they would honor the original purchase price, and their response was "Prices online are automatically adjusted" and "We don't adjust prices manually."
