Chris, in Europe they made a 518i and 520i, yes the 518i had the m10 motor in it. Not to forget the 524d and 524td, naturally aspirated and turbo diesel respectively. All were slow! So I think that makes yours the 5th slowest!!!! You are actually near the top, only the 535i(s) and M5 were ahead of you. I won't count special models like Alpina, Hartge, etc.
