Just purchased a 2005 545i sport, 59,000 miles, love the car. It has aftermarket cold air intake as well as cross drilled rotors. How can I tell if it has any other mods, such as performance chips? drives like a rocket!
BMWs after 96 couldn't have a performance chip put it, you had to reflash the computer with a performance tune which did not visually change anything on the car you can also look over the exhaust and suspension components for aftermarket logos to see if they're original
