   Since this connects to the car's CD changer port, if you don't already have a CD changer you may find it a challenge to get it working. Dealerships won't code a car for a non-BMW product so if the changer isn't present, that will clearly present a problem.
   
   If you do have a changer, it's probably a simple installation.
