I have a 2000 323, e46, with worn parking brake shoes. I'm looking for a diy on how to replace the shoes and other parts (springs, adjusting screws, expanding lock, etc) that should get replaced after 9 years.

Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I've never had to replace parking brake shoes on any of my cars, only adjust them periodically.
Here's a thread found by performing a search of the e46fanatics.com DIY section using "parking brake shoes."

Thanks John. I need to replace the shoes because the pads are worn.
