I'm new to the BMW CCA, and also a member of the Porsche Club of America. I'm just as curious to explore the limits/nature of myself and my 1997 E36 M3 Sedan as I am with my '81 911 SC. I'm also dying to get some seat time on the track (I live 40 minutes from Summit Point), but I know that classroom instruction is critical before turning the ignition key. So, I'm asking for advice on registering for a near-future driving class on a local course (Summit Point, Mid-Ohio, VIR, and/or Watkins Glen). Thanks in advance for your help, and have a good day.

For SPR you would want to contact National Capital Chapter, NJ and Delaware Valley Chapters.

Mid-Ohio contact Buckeye and Northern Ohio Chapters.

VIR is Tarheel Chapter's home track.

Watkins Glen is Genesee Valley and Boston chapters.
I don't recall if Delaware Valley and Patroon also run The Glen.

You can find chapter websites and contact at

Someone will correct me if I left any chapters out.

Patroon for a fact runs the Glen. We use www.motorsportreg.com to register for our events, and so does Connecticut Valley.

    Thanks. I wasn't sure.
I've done The Glen with GVC. Didn't know who else.
