When will the hotel rooms be available, how will you know which type of room we will want to have? I I read somewhere that the BMW CCA is going to make the reservations, is that true?
Once you register for Oktoberfest you will be receive a phone number to call for reservations. The person that answers will ask for your membership number, give you a choice of room options, and take your payment information. Your reservations will be made and within a few days you will receive a confirmation from Hyatt. Modifications to your reservations are made directly with Hyatt.
