New member and BMW owner. Have been driving a 2015 Mini Cooper w/ the JCW tune kit for about 18 months and love it. a "BMW Lite" if you will. Found myself enjoying it more than my 2017 C7. Mini was playful, agile and peppy while the Corvette was a brute and scary fast. I thought I should get a different car that would give me the same enjoyment as the Mini w/ a bit more "git-go". M240i hit all the right notes. Looked at the Audi TTS and the Porsche Cayman, and found the M240i to scratch the itch more than the others. So decided to trade the Stingray in for a 2017 M240i. Got a good deal from our dealership and ordered an Estoril Blue/Blk leather, HK, Nav, Driver assist, wireless charging, a few cosmetic add-ons at the VPC and Moon roof delete. Could not be happier. Car is playful, agile, and really fast (and I mean surprisingly fast coming out of a C7). Cheers
