Welcome to the club & club message forums - one minor bit of internet message protocol, using all caps is typically done for emphasis, at least on internet message boards and so on, it's the written version of shouting; Better to use caps only if your intention is to emphasize what you're writing as if you were verbally shouting.

There are lots of places to shop for tires, the Tire Rack certainly is one of the main options. If you know what sizes you're shopping for, you can use google to see if anyone is offer a better deal. There is always the possibility you find someplace noticeably less-expensive, but it's a good idea to make sure you know you're not getting jacked on shipping/handling charges.

I don't think the Tire Rack, or most online sellers that are competitively priced, offer a club discount, generally their prices are going to be about as good as you'll easily find. I suspect most places you might find selling what you're looking for that might offer any club-member discount end up, maybe, with their pricing near Tire Rack & others, but I wouldn't expect lower.
