I just finished washing my silver 2008 Z4. I use Zymol wash and wax about twice a year, and the car is garage kept. But for routine car washes I use Johnson and Johnson Baby Shampoo. It makes lots of suds, rinses of easily and does not strip the wax. It is a great choice for routine cleanings.

I've been using Rain-X car wash with carnauba wax beads for a few years now. It leaves an amazing shiny finish that's comparable to a traditional wax job. I haven't waxed the car in years and the water beads and rolls off like vintage Rain-X to boot. And it's not expensive.

    Car Cleaning

For a car that is in the garage, the best way to keep your car clean is to use http://www.wetpaintglaze.com/ .By using Wet Paint you do not have to wash your car.
I starting using Wet paint after getting It for my 80th birthday. March 2009. The car has not been washed since then. Try It you will like it.
