My trip is now coming to an end. Earlier today I dropped off the car at Harms in Garching after visiting ED Winter Tires to retrieve my original wheels and tires and give back the winter tires which were now 1340 km older. I returned home later in the day flying Lufthansa from MUC to LHR and continuing on AA to JFK. My driving since my arrival was all diesel. Rolf (BMW VIP Pickup) picked me up in his diesel Touring, I drove my 335d, and Peter (a colleague of Rolf) had his 5er GT 530d to pick me up from the Harms drop-off point in Munich (Garching).
