I want to upgrade my steering wheel because the leather is looking bad now. Any ideas on where I can get a new steering wheel that fits my E53? I have been searching on the web but no luck really. I would appreciate any recommendations on reputable part's dealers? Thanks!
Depending on how picky you are about aesthetics, a cheaper option is a wheelskins cover, and you don't have the hassle of removing the steering wheel, swapping airbags, etc. http://wheelskins.com/ Ebay maybe for a used wheel, maybe some of the Roundel advertisers that part out cars & sell used parts. Maybe google 'used BMW E53 steering wheel' and again adding 'for sale' and see what comes up.
