   Quick question, i'm looking into buying a set of E46 ZHP wheels the sizes are 18x8 front 7 18x8.5 rear. My question is, will these fit on my 1999 328iC ?

   They will fit your hubs. Check the backspacing.
   
   You might need to run hubcentric spacers if the inside of the tire is too close to your suspension or wheelwells, but they will fit your hubs otherwise.
